The terms, plainly: Watch is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Run and Build include real installation work, so the first year is a 12-month plan; leave early and you pay out the remaining months of year one, nothing more. After year one, everything is month-to-month.

Usage costs are passed through at cost. Phone minutes, AI usage — every account sits in your name and gets billed at the vendor's actual price. No markup, no bundling games, no "allowance" designed to be exceeded.

Run and Build start with the audit — a measured baseline of your calls, leads and hours, so we install on facts, not guesses. It's included in the plan. Watch starts with a free 30-minute screening of your call and lead logs.

Outbound calling
Call campaigns with proper consent handling built in. Priced per-minute at what it truly costs — advertised rates in this market understate the real cost 3–6×, so we quote it honestly instead of burying it in a plan.
Knowledge assistant
A private assistant trained on your documents and job history. Most businesses don't need it yet — we'll tell you if you do, and quote it when you do.
Extra systems
More covered systems beyond your plan's count, added in writing after a review.
Graduation
When you're ready to run things yourself: a full handover manual, monitoring transferred to you or shut down cleanly, and 90 days of call-us-if-you-need-us. Leaving well is a feature, not a failure.

Questions, answered straight

What happens when something breaks at 2am?
Our monitoring notices within 15 minutes, around the clock — and every phone or lead system we install has an automatic fallback to whatever you had before us: plain call forwarding, voicemail, your old answering service. A failure means things work the way they did before Conker — never a dead line. A person starts on the fix the next business day. We don't sell a 24/7 human hotline, because we won't sell what we can't honestly keep.
What's the audit, and why do you insist on it?
Before we install anything on Run or Build, we spend about 30 days measuring your real numbers — missed calls, lead response times, hours on paperwork. That baseline is what makes the monthly report honest: you see exactly what changed. It's included in your plan, and we never skip it.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. Every account — your phone numbers, your software, your AI services — is registered in your name, with Conker as the administrator. Usage bills at the vendor's actual cost. If we ever part ways, everything is already yours.
Am I locked in?
Watch: no — month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Run and Build include weeks of real installation work inside the monthly price, so the first year is a 12-month plan; leave early and you pay out the remaining months of year one, nothing more. After year one, everything is month-to-month. And because every account is in your name, everything we built stays yours if you go.
Will this replace my staff?
No, and we won't pitch it that way. This is capacity relief — the equivalent of an extra back-office hire without hiring. Your people stay in charge of what goes out the door; the automation handles the repetitive middle.
